The Inside/Outside Washer is integrated within the evisceration line. Carcasses will be thoroughly washed both inside and outside. The washing units each consist of a spray pipe with a specially designed spiral-type nozzle. The spray pipe passes through the bird and leaves via the neck. As a result the water has no problem rinsing.
In addition, several nozzles are arranged for proper outside cleaning of the carcasses. The machine can be retrofitted into any poultry processing line. The modular design provides quick and trouble free exchange of any unit. The inside/outside washer can be supplied for various processing capacities by providing the required numbers of working units.
